Creating an automated blog is a relatively simple process that will produce lots of traffic and earnings if done correctly.
Automated blogs are indexed favorably by the search engines especially Google, and using automated blogs you can literally command a niche with a little effort.
The main reason I use automated blogs is they are easy to set-up, are great for back-linking, favor social bookmarking, and can be syndicated with RSS.
Here are the steps for setting up a profitable automated blog:
- Research to find a well-paying niche. (Google Trends, Amazon.com, Ebay-Pulse)
- Perform keyword analysis using Google Adwords External Keyword Tool (Free) and WordTracker Google Trends Keyword Tool (Free)
Find long-tail keywords related to niche (less competition so you can rank on the first page of Google for long tail keywords far easier than ranking for short tail keywords.) - Decide on your automated blogging platform (WordPress works best)
- Create several blogs based on long-tail keyword phrases. Use keyword in domain name.
- Post articles to blogs using automated blogging software, RSS, PLR articles or write your own.
- Perform SEO on each blog (optimize title, description, anchor tags, meta tags, and content for keywords)
- Link your automated blogs using keyword rich “anchor-text” to your money page (AffiliateSales Page) or Squeeze Page (if you are building a list)
- Get your automated blogs indexed by Search Engines (usually 24-48 hours if done correctly)
- Rinse and repeat
This is the underlying blueprint I use to drive hundreds of targeted visitors to my “money” pages every single day.
Unlike traditional websites, it is not necessary that you know HTML. WordPress is an excellent platform for Automated Blogs.
