Automated Blog, Automatic Blog, Auto- Blogs

The terms Automated Blog, Automatic Blog and Auto-Blog are synonymous. They all refer to the process of automating blog content and or blog posting.
There are essentially 3 ways to set up automated blogs using automatic blogging software.
1. Automated blog software that pulls articles from article directories and other sources.
2. Automated blog software that pulls RSS feeds from other blogs
3. Automated blog software that posts PLR (Private Label Rights) articles to the blog.
The degree to which the process is automated depends on the software; which is usually a WordPress plugin or PHP Script.
When it comes down to software, the phrase “you get what you pay for” is very true.
I’ve used or tested virtually every kind of automatic blog posting software on the Internet; both paid and free. In the end, I prefer paid software for the following reasons.
1. You get updates regularly. This is important because the Internet is constantly changing. Not only that, but WordPress updates its platform regularly as well as article directories used for content. What worked a month ago can be made obsolete overnight. You want a software system that will be updated based on any changes.
2. Paid plugins offer support. Because of the thousands of plugins offered for WordPress there are sometimes conflicts with software. If you run into a problem, you want to know that there is a support team to assist you.
3. Performance. Will the plugin do what it says it will do. Unless the automatic blog posting software can actually deliver relevant content on a continuous basis it’s worthless. Paid versions tend to do a lot better when it comes to providing content with little or no bugs.
Why Automate Your Blog?
The reason for automating any process is simple. You want to increase productivity and save time.
Blogs by nature are a great platform for building marketing sites online.
They are Search Engine friendly, easy to set up, can be customized using a variety of themes and plugins and you do not need to know HTML or CSS to create a great looking, highly functional blog.
Wordress blogs are my choice because there are thousands of themes (free and paid) as well as thousand of plugins that allow you to launch blogs in virtually any niche or market quickly and easily.
Blogs are designed to be content rich, which is why the Google bots love them. Google’s aim is to provide the best content for their users. Since blogs are updated with fresh content regularly, they are frequently crawled by search engines looking for new, fresh content.
However even with all these advantages there is one thing that all blogs need in order to work – CONTENT – and lots of it; especially is you want to meet the demands of your visitors and get you blog ranked high in the search engines.
By one account it is projected that you need a minimum of 50 blog posts before Google will seriously consider your blog. Even if you were dedicated and posted 2-3 times a week, it could take several weeks before you reached 50 posts.
And, if your goal is to make money blogging, you will need to launch many blogs across multiple niches in order to make money blogging online.
According to the top bloggers in Internet Marketing you will need to create scores of blogs… hundreds of blogs. And this is the secret that no one talks about. The guys, especially in online marketing that are making a killing with blogs have hundreds of blogs on the Internet.
Why You Need Multiple Blogs
Not every blog you create will be profitable. And, some blogs will outperform others. This is just the nature of the Internet and online marketing. to make money online blogging you have to create many blog properties, set a an income goal and work to generate those profits.
Blogging for cash is like investing in the market. Any broker worth his salt will tell you that you need a diversified portfolio. You do not want to put all your eggs in one basket. But, this is the case with most people blogging for profits.
They create a single blog, put all their time into and hope to make money. That is fighting an uphill battle.
A better way, proven over time, is to create a network of blogs across many niches with a goal of earning profits for each blog.
Let’s say over the course of a couple of months your create 50 blog properties across several niches. This is easy with automated blog software because you don’t have to manually write and post the content.
Let further assume you can monetize each blog to earn at least $20 per month.
50 blogs x $20/month = $1000.
Now this income is on auto-pilot. Once you start earning money with blogs you just tweak them. Some will earn more than other, but we’re assuming an average earning of $20 per blog.
Once these blogs are producing profits, you create another 50, and another 50 and so on.
Blogging millionaire Rob Benwell calls automated blogging the $100M loophole.
but most bloggers just don’t get it.
Automatic blogging works, but like anything else, you’ve got to do your part.
